Inexpensive Fall Front Porch Inspiration
I LOVE this time of year! Pumpkins-on-the-porch season is here and it’s my favorite!! I went a little crazy with my pumpkin load for the front porch, as you guys can probably tell! And let’s just say Alex was *not* very happy with loading my multiple wheelbarrows into the truck haha. But hey we have the stock at the farm and I love how it turned out! It just puts a smile on my face to drive up our driveway everyday and see this pretty set up.
I waited until now to do my porch because the weather has stayed unseasonably warm and only recently has cooled down. I didn’t want my pumpkins to be affected (we’ve had to throw out bucket loads – Kubota bucket loads – full of pumpkins at the farm because they started to rot!) and I wanted to get the most out of my fall mums.
As I spoke about in my pumpkin tips and tricks post, I love the funky ones – bumpy/different colors/odd shapes – so that’s what I went for! I started by laying out the bigger pumpkins, then the smaller ones, honestly without much rhyme or reason! And then I sprinkled in the yummy kale plants and fall-colored mums. The tall plant in the back is Millet which is a favorite among small birds. Love watching them feed on the seeds!
I was going to use more planters and pots but I actually enjoy the raw and undistracted feel of no pots, plus it saved some money. I did spice it up a tiny bit with one fun planter and one vintage find! Please enjoy scrolling through, I hope it gives you some Inexpensive Fall Front Porch Inspiration!
Everything that I could link from the decor is linked at the bottom of this post so you can get this same Fall Front Porch Look!
These lanterns were a Homegoods find! SO good!! I also grabbed some flameless candles to pop inside for a cozy look! Notice my mums are still budded, you can read more about my mum tips here!
